By accessing or using Cortana, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility and Accounts

You may use Cortana only if you can form a binding agreement and are legally permitted to use the service. If Cortana requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Use of the Service

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Cortana, but you grant Burrows Ventures a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

Cortana, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by Burrows Ventures or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are granted to you.

Third-Party Services

Cortana may integrate with or rely on third-party products, hosting providers, analytics tools, or other services. Burrows Ventures is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Cortana at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Cortana at any time.

Disclaimers

Cortana is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burrows Ventures and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Cortana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page and post the updated terms within the app or on the website as appropriate. Your continued use of Cortana after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
